What we collect
- Business contact details that are publicly listed (business name, website, business email, city) when we reach out to a business.
- What you send us by email (name, business details, content for your site).
- Payment details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
To contact businesses about our services, to build previews and websites, to send invoices, and to answer questions. We do not sell your data.
Opting out
Every email we send includes a way to opt out. Reply "unsubscribe" or email hello@getwebfixer.com with the subject "unsubscribe" and we will stop contacting you within 10 business days, usually much sooner. We keep a suppression list so you are not contacted again.
Retention
Previews are deleted within 14 days if not purchased. Client records are kept as long as needed for the service and for tax and legal obligations.
Service providers
We use providers for hosting, email and payments (for example Hostinger and Stripe), which process data on our behalf.
