Terms of Service

These terms apply to services sold under the name WebFixer by Neurosmedica LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"). By paying for a service you agree to them.

1. Free preview

We may create a preview of a homepage for your business at no cost. A preview is a concept, not a finished website. It is shared through a private, non-indexed link and deleted within 14 days unless you buy a plan. You are not obliged to buy anything.

2. Services and prices

Quick Fix ($149), Starter Site ($490), Rebuild ($790) and the Care plan ($49/month) include what is described on our website and in the written scope we send before payment. Prices are flat and agreed before work starts. Sales tax may be added depending on your location. Payments are processed by Stripe.

3. What we do not promise

We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, calls, leads, revenue, or compliance with any accessibility standard. We guarantee delivery of the agreed deliverables within the agreed time.

4. Your content and access

You confirm you have the right to any text, logos and photos you give us. If we need access to your current website, hosting or domain, you grant it temporarily and can revoke it at any time. We may use licensed stock images where you have none.

5. Refunds

• Starter Site and Rebuild: full refund if you cancel before your site is published, minus any domain already registered in your name (the domain stays yours).
• Quick Fix: refund within 7 days of delivery if we did not deliver what was agreed. Before refunding we restore your site from the backup we took before starting. No refund if you keep the changes.
• Care plan: cancel any time; it stops at the end of the paid month. No partial refunds.

6. Care plan and hosting

While we host your site, the Care plan is required. If you cancel, we give you your site files and help you move your domain. If payment fails for more than 30 days, we may take the site offline after giving you notice by email.

7. Ownership

Once paid, you own your content, your domain and the design of your site. Third-party themes, plugins and stock images remain under their own licenses.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
